Counselling team: Ask us!

For World Hepatitis Day 2024: We are taking action and strengthening our counselling team: Medical experts and people who have had their own experience with hepatitis B or C will answer questions from patients, their relatives and specialists about viral hepatitis by phone or email. Whether it's questions about the risks of infection, symptoms or living with viral hepatitis, tests and treatments and much more: the counselling team is there for those seeking advice. Questions can be answered on 058 360 51 66 from Monday to Thursday, 9.00 to 12.00 and 14.00 to 17.00 and on Friday from 9.00 to 12.00 as well as by email via info@hepatitis-schweiz.ch.

We provide independent advice based on the latest knowledge. However, we do not make any diagnoses or recommend any therapies. Under no circumstances can our advice replace a direct discussion with the doctor in charge and the extended care team.

Digital consultation hours We support the initiative of the Swiss Liver Patients Association Swiss HePa and offer various online and offline activities such as events, digital consultation hours, self-help groups, Zoom meetings and videos with specialists and patients on hepatitis B and D as well as hepatitis C after the summer break.
